Manpower Planning
Implement and monitor all manpower planning process to ensure optimized manpower
Talent Acquisition
Implement and monitor manpower acquisition process to recruit right people at right time in order to meet the manpower requirement of various operations
Implementation of PMS and Compensation
Implement and monitor PMS and compensation processes to bring performance culture for retention of employees
Organization Development
Ensure effective implementation of all policies (Unit, Business and Group) and organizational practices like WCM, Quality systems, procedures including safety as applicable to assigned area
Policy implementation and Statutory compliance
Implement and review all policies and comply all legal and statutory requirements on talent acquisitions and compensation
People Development
Build and sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the Unit
