Job Responsibility:

  • You will be integral to the pre-sales process and work closely with the team on client development.
  • As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and lead management.
  • You will engage with customers to generate leads through product presentation/demos and effectively communicate the products value proposition.
  • This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualifying prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline.
  • This role will handle all first contact with new clients and build relationships through marketing activity f2f meetings, events, campaigns, direct mail, email, etc.
  • The goal of a Business Development Manager is to generate a lead, qualify it through opportunity discovery, set a face-to-face appointment, proposal submission, and follow through until the deal is closed as won.
  • Generate interest and appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.
  • Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
  • Will be involved in Client Acquisition.
  • Needs to do cold calls and generate leads.
  • Identify the potential prospects and work accordingly by prioritising the tasks.
  • Responsible for sales target.
  • Build Client relationship professionally and have a good rapport.
  • Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Contract Staffing Requirements to THB.

Should have the ability to contact & speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about THB.
Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.
Should ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations
Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required.

  • If needed promoting and selling THB concepts and Software Products.
  • 75% field work(Cold calls, Meetings demos etc) and 25% office works(Follow-ups, proposals closures etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Walk-In

Salary: ₹25,000.00 to ₹50,000.00 /month
