Graduate with 8+ years’ experience in Program management, Operations, Customer Service Delivery.
Expertise in Project management and people management in BPO/KPO/Publishing
Managing and planning projects in accordance with Client guidelines
Experience working at adhering to SLA’s and work processes and managing cost effective operations
Good English and written skills
What would be your responsibility?
Manage and lead Financial Composition team to perform SEC for tagging/ Compliance Pre Filing activities and typeset for Stakeholders
Taking ownership for team objectives, KP’s
Ensure to excel in terms of resource planning, Quality culture and productivity management
Responsible for training and talent management
Responsible for complete Client Management
Proactive and openness for learning
