Supply Chain Management – Analyst – Procurement Operations

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Manage transactional processes with minimal supervision.
Review client purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy
Manage the approval process to ensure required approvals are obtained in timely manner
Manage simple spot buy negotiations and support contracting process
Present spot buy results including identified savings to client executives
Issue purchase orders to suppliers based on client specific processes and systems
Guide requisitions to preferred vendors / catalogs
Assist end-users with expediting purchase orders, returns, amendments and cancellations
Address invoice mismatch issues
Support process improvement opportunities
The Team
From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of supply chain processes across industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects, integrators, analytics experts, to creative digital experts as well as cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual, providing customized career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.
Qualifications
Required
1 -3 years of Procurement Operations / P2P experience
Experience with P2P applications such as: Ariba, Coupa, Etc.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business issues
Ability to foster relationship with client stakeholders
verbal and written communication skill in English
Organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Consulting firm and/or BPO industry experience
