The Inside Sales Leader role is a sales management role responsible for developing and maintaining a high performing inside sales team to meet or exceed opportunity and pipeline revenue targets. This role drives the implementation and execution of the standards by which all tele-management and inside sales activity will be measured, including: opportunity creation, sales pipeline management, and revenue targets. This position is based out of our India office in Hyderabad.
Candidates must be willing to work the night shift (as per US timings)
Experience in sales and business development activities is desirableA minimum of 4-6 years of experience in outbound/sales process for the US markets for IT/software services
