Your field of responsibility
Assist Program Manager and Project Managers and Program Managers with the following responsibilities:
- Providing support for financials tracking (budget and actuals),
- Change request management, tracking of project effort, breakthrough tracking, tracking of risks, issues and dependencies
- Supporting partner and business client management (status reporting) interactions as well as general logistical, process, toolset and administrative support for the IT Project and Program Manager

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
> 3+ years experience in financial analysis and reporting, consulting, or business support, in specific:
Annual budgeting and forecasting processes supporting project-based and non-project-based requirements
Regular monthly forecasting process
Organizational, Project and client reporting
Forecast & Actuals v budget analysis
Expert-level skills and knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, PowerPoint) – Pivot Tables and manipulating data sets
Expert-level skills in Clarity PPM application
Outstanding analytical skills
Creative problem solver; but also pragmatic
Able to streamline, reengineer or develop new processes
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
