What’s the job?
As our Talent Resourcer / Headhunter you’ll be using a variety of sources to find candidates for our current and future roles, as well as finding new and innovative ways to find potential new hires.

Headhunting and directly sourcing talented candidates to match our open positions
Attending recruitment and industry events to attract talent
Maintaining a strong networking presence within the industry
How you will be doing this
You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to ensure the best results.
You'll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.
You’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you will get it. We even have a robot!

Skills and Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as resourcer / headhunter
Experience headhunting passive candidates with a technical background, experience in games is a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Ability to travel from time to time
Interest for mobile games would be a plus
