Associate - HR
What would you do?
You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as onboarding, employee benefits, employee engagement, performance management and offboarding.
You will be working closely with the HR Business Partner team which is responsible for hire to retire of an employee and provide services to business teams across the organization. This team works on designing, developing, and implementing end to end employee experience. Your role will include employee relationship management and administrative services.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supports a diverse variety of HR operations projects that range significantly in size and complexity
Participates in workforce administration processes on Workday, including employee’s data recording & reporting, onboarding and offboarding
Recommends, interprets, and implements HR policies, guidelines, and procedures
Administers the Rewards & Recognition program
Responds to employee emails, slack chats and phone calls in a timely manner
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Finance, Admin, Legal and IT team members for requirements-gathering, process improvements and day-to-day activities
Ensure high quality HR transactional data management, accurate documentation and record keeping.
Desired Candidate Profile:
2 to 4 years of overall proven experience into HR, with a minimum of 2years’ experience in a HR generalist/operations role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PG Degree in Human Resources or related field
Has a passion for technology and desire to learn different digital platforms.
