Business Analyst

We are looking for an intelligent, practical individual with experience in delivering financial technology. This role affords the ability to make an impact internally, and on Empaxis's largest client relationships. The ideal candidate will have very strong analytical and organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, a demonstrated history of positive results in delivering financial technology, a genuine willingness to learn, and the capability to quickly master new skills.

Responsibilities:
Conduct business analysis on client's legacy applications, workflows and data sources.
Document current state and map to proposed solution.
Analyse source data and map to client's standardized mapping interface.
Validate completeness of data and accuracy of mapping from source to warehouse.
Migrate and integrate data based on Solution Requirements.
Document and execute thorough testing of solution.
Work with Project Manager to provide estimated timelines.
Deliver agreed-upon solutions within committed timeframes; while managing scope and change rigorously.
Develop detailed documentation of the work completed to train Client users on the solution as necessary.
Potentially lead a team of Business Analysts and Integration developers on a project-by-project basis.
Drive Quality Control through unit testing and deliverable pre hand-off testing.
Develop detailed documentation to train client users on the purchased products and ensure efficient handoff to Production Support upon go-live.
Define project tasks from project objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience as an Implementation Consultant with a focus on Fund Accounting, Reporting or Order Management implementations or enhancements.
A valid Indian Passport. B1/B2 USA visa preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in communicating with international customers is preferred.
Self-starter organized and accountable.
Ability to quickly become an expert in Client's FinTech Solution and processes to implement the solution.
