About the role
ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Project Management Role) – TL (IC Role)
Prepare Project Plans- define scope, deliverables, governance mechanisms etc
Track Project Progress & present to Leadership
Stakeholder connect to get required support to drive progress
Generate reporting as per agreed frequency
Provide a role model for team members and coach and develop individuals to ensure they reach their maximum potential.
Responsible for establishing strategic direction and long term goals for the MST Team
Vendor Management Team (Leadership), MST Manager
Excellent Communication (written + Verbal) skills
Excellent Analytical skills
Flexible to work in different time zones basis business needs
Ability to drive execution as per agreed timelines
Team Management experience is not compulsory
Strategic Thinking, Analytical Skills & Problem Solving
Project Management Skills with strong focus on deliverables as per the SLA’s
Post Graduate with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience involving Consulting or Business Analyst role with a reputed company.
