Basically a person who is the unofficial psychologist, the event planner, the peacemaker to their team. Roles and Responsibility:
Co ordinator : Coordination with Employees, Co-workers and Upper Management
Recruiter : Must execute the Joining and Exit Formalities.
Manager : Must maintain Attendance and Leave Management of the company.
Good Listener : Must listen to Employee Grievances.
