- Monitor the status of ATMs on a 24X7 basis.
- Responsible for the maximum uptime for all the ATMs Ensuring minimum ATM downtime associated with ATM Hardware / Network / Power
- Report a log Call in Help Desk system and also make sure the fault is attended by the custodians of Offsite and Onsite ATMs in a given period of time if not follow the procedure of ESCALATION.
- Coordinate with ENGINEER if it required for any kind of SLM (Second Level Maintenance), Router issues, Network issues, link down and Recurring Issues Monitoring DVR and restarting ATMs on daily basis

Handling inbound and outbound calls that include calls for Preventive maintenance, ATM updates / custodians/ Vendors and other calls from FLM/ SLM Support
Skills Required :
- Co- ordination with different departments (Field / CRA / OEM vendors)
- Handling the escalation from Internal/ External sources and maintain a healthy relationship with all the stakeholders
- Providing online technical support to field engineers and Electrician
- FLM and SLM Follow up & Alert handling/ Escalation handling
- Incident Management & Logging of Complaints.
