Key Requirement for the Position
Quality of the files should be minimum 90%
Manage the disbursement as per the process before the set time lines.
Handing over the loan file and passbooks to the Customers; Issuing Payments receipts to OD customers & other payments done at the branch
Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt and quality service to the customers
Being transparent with the customers in explaining the product, policies, repayment schedule, insurance, processing fees and other product related information, educating them about the benefits of making ontime payments and demonstrate high level of integrity as per the code of conducts of Suryoday.
Cross-verify with the customers during the AOCPV for any process lapse.
Conduct Contact Point Verification (CPV) AOCPV of all applicants & verify the orginal documents as per the process
100% compliance to feed the new member details in BR.net correctly, without leaving any columns blank
Maintaining Cash Collection report, Petty Cash register and other related reports and updating the same in the system
Coordinating with the Hub team/operations team till the loan disbursement
Giving 20 surprise visits to the center meetings in a month
Financial Analysis and checking the credit history of the applicant as per the process
Attend the training programs as per the schedule
