Business Unit Overview:

Key Responsibilities :
Manages sales directly to Large Enterprise Customers of South India for all of Dell Technologies’ portfolio. Manages a team of senior team members who are the best sales makers in the country.
Strategic Leadership of Sales team responsible for the growth of Dell Technologies portfolio – improving margin, coverage, productivity, portfolio expansion. Solution selling, and positioning of the entire portfolio in customer themes around infrastructure modernization, Cloud transformation, AI/ML and Big Data solutions, ERP transformation will be the norm and expectation.
Delivers revenue, margin, operating expense (OPEX) and productivity targets each quarter based on plan
Drive sales & sales promotion strategies for creating revenues from different types of customers across industries and relationship cycles.
Execute people agenda in India – training, career development & progression, community services, diversity. Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
Develop and maintain strategic account management and pipeline across the organization
Designs programs to improve team’s business acumen and customer knowledge Develops and trains account Directors
Manage expectations and communication to leaders and peers in a matrix environment for engaging and delivering success in the business. Team Management of 8- 10
12- 15 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience ·
Past & successful track record in a similar capacity in selling/pitching solutions to end customers is a must. Demonstrated track record in delivering sales results
Sharp business acumen, entrepreneur spirit and experiences desirable
Post Graduates and MBAs desirable.
Acumen for storytelling, presentation, and visioning.
Desirable Requirements :
Team Management experience is preferred
MBA will be preferred
