POZO is looking for a dynamic, responsive and detail-oriented person to be a part of the operations team. This position is ideal for someone who has a keen sense of customer service, is willing to understand technology products and is willing to roll his/her sleeves and get hands dirty. You will be reporting to Manager - Operations.
STATUS: Full Time (On-premise)
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree holder from an accredited college/university
COMPENSATION: As per experience
Duties & Responsibilities
Interacting with clients on calls on a regular basis & updating them about the product & its up-gradations
Timely follow up with clients on engagement/usage of the product
Maintaining records of the work allocated to him/her on a regular basis
Being the first point of contact for clients & addressing any issues from them in the first place
Ability to accomplish the targets assigned to him/her within the given timeline
Demonstration of the product online and offline to clients.
Other responsibilities as assigned from time-to-time
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must have good Communication Skills & a sound desire to make outbound calls to clients.
Must have basic knowledge of working on MS Excel, Emails and Phone etiquettes
Must have pleasing personality to speak to
Good listener, with problem solving attitude
Must be able to work in defined time-lines
Must possess a positive & learning attitude
