Job Summary : The customer relationship manager will be responsible for generating, Identifying and closing new sales leads to meet monthly or quaterly sales targets. The role will include pitching/selling web solutions to new prospects on phone/email/on-site and maintaining fruitful relationship with existing customers by Interacting them to get their query resolved and updates done.
Ability to handle sales/support requests from clients on phone/email/on-site. Should be motivated self starter and like working on fast-paced projects.
Ability to work independently and on client site with IT fluency and strong communication with knowledge of the industry.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi (other regional language).
Qualification : Any graduate or PG/MBA in Marketing
Experience : 1- 2 Years (Preferably in IT background)
Responsibilities and Duties :
Reasearching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new market.
Reasearching other companies and learning who makes decision about purchasing and start pitching them for sales.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport & setup meetings and planning or overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Preparing PPT presentations, sales displays, write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in-person.
