PwC India Acceleration Center (PwC Kolkata SDC) is a rapidly growing organization that delivers value added services to PwC client engagement teams across the world. The Change & Communications (C&C) team supports the growth of the organization through high quality change management & communications support for different lines of service, leadership team and business services. The C&C team is responsible for enabling the professionals through effective and engaging communications that help build awareness of the organization’s vision & direction, policies, benefits and programs; build and enhance a culture of belongingness and pride. The C&C team plays a key role in the transformation of the Acceleration Center as a global hub of talent that enables growth and value creation for PwC. The team is a mix of corporate communications experts, writers, visualizers and designers.
The C&C team is actively engaged in developing and executing a robust social media strategy for a large, multi-year, global Acceleration Centers transformation program.
Responsible for ideating and designing communications across all social media platforms through brand-compliant design and videos.
Additionally, provide support to the design team for both internal and external communications.
Should have the ability to multitask.
Ensure that design work and video editing is accurate and is finished as per deadlines. Also should have an incredible eye for detail. She/he will have to collaborate with copywriters, photographers, other designers and other division executives to function as a team.
Graphic Designer having experience in creating high-end info-graphics, animation and video editing for corporate social media accounts.
Should be up-to-date with the new trends in social media and what works best in different platforms.
Should have experience of working closely with social media experts to create required design, infographics design, and videos across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram among others.
Degree or Diploma in Design/Multimedia
Understanding of UI and UX design
Ability to do market research on design trends in the social media
3-4 years of relevant online designing experience
Good knowledge and experience of working with Adobe Creative suite
(Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Knowledge and experience in video production and animation
Ability to effectively interpret content, conceptualize and translate ideas into design
Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite (Formatting Word, PowerPoint, & Excel) is a good to have
Web design (coding knowledge); exposure to SharePoint, Jive, and J-Query, preferred
Good communication skills with fluency in English
