Enable TSO/SO to maximize the output from retailers and stockiest by using knowledge and skills effectively (sales closing / objection handling / input utilization / scheme utilization/ POS,POP utilization)
Enabling effective coordination amongst team members – specialized for stockiest management, retailer management and merchandisers
Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
Distribution Management – Billing, stocks & Collections
MIS and Monitoring Sales Report
Key stake holders ( Key retailers ) engagement
Developing alternative channels of business, especially relevant to Chakra(baby trade)
Resolving Customer Complaints and grievances
Coordinating with HO for Brand related activities, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
Team Handling & Development
Handling TSOs and SOs effectively and ensuring their development.
Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats.
On job training and involvement in induction of team members.
Training, Leading & motivating the Sales Officers/Team
Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with zonal HR for the same.
Minimum 4 year to 10 year selling experience in Baby trade/FMCG Industry/Toy trade
