XenonStack’s People Excellence team is looking for an Associate Talent Recruiter who will be responsible for filling positions in the company by sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability to the company. The Associate Talent Recruiter is also responsible for ensuring that current employees are satisfied with the company.
To be successful as an Associate Talent Recruiter you must have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with others. A good Associate Talent Recruiter is incredibly organized and able to multitask.
Design & implement overall recruiting strategy.
Develop & update Job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials & post Jobs to appropriate job portals
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
Onboard New employees, in order to become fully integrated
Act as a point of contact & build influential candidate relationship during the selection process
Promote Company’s reputation as best place to work
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and feedback schedule
Search for job applicants, using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media, advertisement, recruiting firms or employee referrals
Analyse employment data related to the position and create reports based on your findings
Advise management on implementing, organising and preparing recruitment programs while providing them with training or interviewing counselling techniques, performance appraisal or documentation of performance issues
Contact applicants to inform them of the application status and conduct background/reference checks on job applicants
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Maintain the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in recruiting process
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, or similar experience in HR role.
Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Hands on experience with various selection process
Familiarity with HR database applicant tracking system and candidate management system
Hands on experience with Human Resource Information System/Human Resource Management System
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Strong decision making skills
Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
Knowledge of compensation & benefits system
Knowledge of labor legislation & legalities in relation to HR & employment rights
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Analytical mind and Problem Solving Aptitude
Strong Organizational skills
Education/Qualification : Bachelor’s in Human Resource, Masters is a Plus
