Job Summary:
To coordinate with Customer / Customer Representatives for day to day operation. To ensure that customers requirements are fulfilled well within the parameters of the Service Level Agreement in coordination with Warehouse Staff, Transport Coordinator, Custom Clearance and other departments.

Performance Indicators

Efficient & on time services to customers with clearly measurable Key Performance indicators (KPI) against set Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Efficient & on time documentation – internal & external - to achieve customer satisfaction.

Accurately updating system with all relevant information on a timely manner.

Keeping records in an orderly manner and ensuring data integrity.

Monthly Trend Analysis of Logistics business.

Principal Accountabilities

Regularly coordinates with Customers /Customer Representatives for providing World Class UPS Standard logistics services to all customers and always strives to exceed customers’ expectations.

Provides on time & accurate documents to warehouse and for customs clearances to facilitate on time completion of tasks.

Liaises with all internal departments to provide end to end services to customers.

Liaises with warehouse staff for regular physical inventory checks to ascertain inventory accuracy all times.

On time & accurate invoicing to customers for services rendered.

Specific Responsibilities

Responsible for keeping all regulatory requirements upto date.

Carrier negotiations and shipment execution.

E-way bill preparation and compliance.

Responsible for providing World Class UPS Standard logistics services to all customers.

Responsible for updating on time & accurate data of transactions and reporting back to customers.

Responsible for effective coordination with internal departments to ensure efficient end to end services to customers.

Responsible for capturing and maintaining accurate data and relevant copies of documents as per statutory requirements as well as for internal audit controls.

Responsible for generating daily/weekly/ monthly (as required) KPI reports measuring service levels provided to customers as well as internal performance levels.

Qualifications & Job Competencies required:
Graduate in any faculty.

Expert in MS Office

Minimum three years in a similar position.

Fluency in English
