Support Engineer tasks will include configuring operating systems, identifies solutions to software and hardware issues and keeps track of all the issues till the resolution within agreed time limits.
Installation and Repair of Operating System Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10.
Installation of organization Software, Microsoft Office, basic software etc.
Troubleshooting entire Hardware/Software related issues.
Manage user Account & Troubleshooting user related issues and network related issues.
Installation of Local/Network Printer and Troubleshooting entire printer related issues.
Network Cable crimping/punching and testing.
Troubleshooting of any Hardware related Issue. PC Assembling & Disabling
Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems Windows XP,windows7 and Windows8 and Office 2010/2013 with outlook
Good Knowledge of Directory Services
Basic Knowledge of Networking –Mandatory
Strong PC / Laptop troubleshooting skills(Mandatory)
Ability to take a leadership role in IT Incident escalations.
Ability to provide leadership in customer service and customer communication on behalf of the IT Team
