Process Planning, scheduling, execution and measuring the process health

Ensure that process signoff are available as required
Plan and execute regular meeting with the client(s)
Initiate the discussion with client about process growth and future strategy
Be involved in the Overall Sales Value chain
Reduce hiring cost
Reduce bench %
Maintain high profitability of the process
Maintain Cross Training index for the processes
Selection and up skilling of Analyst/Process experts/ AM /Manager to enable them to perform their roles effectively
Ensure Documentation completeness and adherence to quality norms like ISO, COPC etc.
Maintain the learning history for process aligned with
Gain knowledge of the end to end process of the Client
Present the monthly dashboards, error trend presentations and Performance Management reports.
Ensure that the team meet / exceeds service and quality level as assigned by the Clients
Coordinating with the client on process related issue and updates
Optimum utilization of resources to meet productivity
Strengthening and Managing team effectively
Conducting team reviews, submitting progress reports of the team to the manager and conducting appraisal
Manage day to day operations of the team, including attendance, attrition and outages, to minimize customer impact
Qualification & Experience required (including key competencies):
Graduate with minimum 10+ years of experience in Insurance Industry
Good communication Skills
Effective client Management
Ability to lead and direct team
Good Analytical skills
