Delivery of test reports to patients
Providing initial lab information to patient e.g tests, cost, preparation required, report delivery time etc
Guiding patients to the sample collection area and provide information on patient preparation, where required
Giving regular inputs to the lab director based on information/ complaints/ suggestions received from the customers and suggest scope of improvement.
Be in touch with reporting / testing department for timely delivery of reports to patients
Ensuring proper upkeep and housekeeping of the reception and waiting area
