Responsibilities:
Develop financial, sales, inventory plans.
Ensuring alignment with overall business requirements in the form of annual/ seasonal business plan and OTB plans.
Ensure adherence to the business.

Review and update plan periodically.
Prepare inventory plan based on retail sales projection pullback non moving stocks.
Manage dormant inventory by strategic clearance.
Optimize GMROI / GMROF, inventory turns.

Oversee MIS availability / design for the business.
Track and validate orders from the stores pan India.
Work with sourcing to ensure the right stocking of products.
Analyse movement of various divisions.
categories, styles and finally sizes. Check trends and identify fast moving /slow moving styles.
