We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
We have not authorised any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.

The HC AMS offering focuses on providing Application Management Services, which include Workday, Oracle Cloud, SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Kronos, ConnectMe and LaborWise.
Deloitte is looking for candidates having technical experience in at least two of the following Oracle Cloud modules – Global Human Resources, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor or Payroll.
Key job responsibilities:
Responsible for managing end to end delivery and management of multiple global AMS projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define various strategies and leading teams. Manager will both drive and manage teams of various sizes and interact closely with multiple cross functional teams (sales, functional, PMO, SLAs, etc.).
Play lead roles preferably on multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points, manage the service transitions
Manage and track staffing plan and forecast resource availability based on project budgets
Work closely with customer, technical and functional teams to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables
Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
Use prior experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines
Ensure client satisfaction targets are achieved
Lead the operate team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully
Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment
Responsible for Statement of Work preparation, purchase orders, price quotes and other contractual materials as part of scheduling and deploying resources
Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success
Act as an Oracle Cloud subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on business processes
Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (technical)
Consulting and project management experience in delivering and AMS engagements on Oracle HCM space (Oracle Cloud experience must)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical hands-on and development experience in HCM cloud. Should have a good understanding in HCM inbound/outbound interfaces, fast formulas, BI/OTBI reports and personalization
Should have high energy level and passion for technology
Experience leading large, multi-region, AMS engagements
Experience in HR processes and having worked on multiple projects in the HR process domain
Understands HCM maintenance strategies across work, understands review processes and sets standards and checkpoints to ensure quality deliverables, understands how HR application interfaces with other modules / third party applications and respective dependencies
Should have experience in leading large disparate teams in a global delivery model
Ability to leverage HR Transformation subject matter expertise to provide hands on guidance on projects, sales pursuits etc
Ability to support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching
Ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution.
Experience in Agile, ITIL methodologies a plus
Qualification: Required B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MCA
