Roles & Responsibilities
Would be responsible for End to End technical recruitment process (Sourcing, interviews, screening calls etc.).
Responsible to understand and analyse the requirements in different technical skill set categories.
Creative sourcing methods like Linked-In, internal database, referrals, head-hunting, networking.
Work on the offer post selection and negotiate the offer with the candidates
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Use metrics to create reports on regular basis and identify areas of improvement
Willing to take challenges in the recruitment & closing the resources in time.
Should have 4+ years into domestic IT hiring industry.
The ideal candidate should have zeal to grow in technical recruitment world.
Strong technical understanding and hiring experience on different technical skills and expertise in Screening, shortlisting, negotiation and coordinating with the recruitment process.
Experience in working on Job Portals is mandatory
Proven experience as talent acquisition specialist & is process compliant
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Aggressive and talented professionals with excellent communication skills.
Well-organized & capable of managing Quality and Volumes of open positions
