Objective of the profile: To successfully generate & mange quality leads of Premium Modular Kitchens, nurture them & successfully convert into opportunities.

Job Description/ Key responsibilities of the role:
Lead Generation
Generate leads from Retail Clients of New Home /Renovation
Generate leads from Architects & Interior Designers
Generate leads from Existing customers
Lead Handling
Web-chat: Interact with online visitors & build the conversation to generate interest & thereby bring them to the showroom.
Tele-call / e-mediums: Interact & build the conversation to generate interest & thereby bring them to the showroom.
Showroom walk-ins: Understand needs & requirements, Present the design options & relate the needs & requirements with our solutions & options convincingly to get them interested in working with us.
Lead Nurturing
On-time follow-ups via phone calls, e-mails, digital mediums resulting into potential conversions.
Build rapport & key-relationships for sustained progress.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure proper compilation of leads for effective planning & management.
Sync & Collaborate with the Design & Sales team for successful closure of the respective opportunity.

Job Competencies / Requirements:
0-3 yrs Business Development / Marketing experience of similar product/services to target customer base. Modular Kitchen experience would be an added advantage.
If experienced, dealt with HNI, Architect & Premium Clients.
Min. Graduate in any stream. MBA would be an added advantage.
