Experience in design, development and implementation of salary administration plans and benefit programs

Proven experience as an HR assistant
PC literacy (MS Office, MS Excel in particular)
Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Experience in team building activities, arranging internal & external trainings, training effectiveness, formulation of policies / procedures / formats, quarterly / annual appraisals, training / skills matrix, active role in customer audits
Strong communications skills– verbal & written

Conducting Introduction & Orientation for new employees, trainees
Overseeing training program implementation for trainees and evaluation of training effectiveness
Drafting of policies / procedures / formats
Conducting Quarterly, Yearly Performance Appraisals etc.
Checking Job Description for various vacancies
Role in Competency / Skill Matrix for workers, Supervisors
Arranging and conducting team building activities
