Essential Skills :
Minimum 5 complete implementation experience on AEM is must and should have played hands on role in some of the implementations
Experience in migrating from other popular CMS and experience management platforms to AEM
Experience of defining the multi-brand, multi-geo taxonomy for global sites
Expertise in defining explicit personalisation and user experience management with the platform
Understanding overall architecture and designs, of digital marketing apps
Proficiency with design patterns and architectural patterns and capability to provide technical design for business requirements
Understanding of various peripheral digital marketing systems like DAM, Target, Analytics, E-Commerce, CRM etc..
In depth understanding of User management, roles and permissions, Security etc..
Defining and implementing custom search requirement and optimization
Custom Workflows,Integration with enterprise apps and APIs
Strong experience on asset workflow customisation
Should be able own and provide solution for scalability, performance, security requirements
Ability to multitask and respond to escalations/queries objectively
Skilled at managing technical teams comprising technical architects, leads and developers to influence and guide their communications, customer skills and technical delivery outcomes
Experience with Agile, DevOps, efficient delivery processes - Agile, Continuous Integration Delivery tools and experience with broader technology functions
Desirable Skills :
Hands on experience in Adobe commerce cloud (Magento) and exposure to Adobe marketing cloud
Strong Experience in front end technologies like React / Angular / Vue etc..
Sound understanding of business financials, Career planning, team building, people mentoring and performance management
Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO levels) positions in Fortune 500 organizations
They must be comfortable presenting to senior business and technology leaders, Previous experience in growing accounts
Excellent at negotiation and able to communicate across the organization, fostering collaboration
Role Description :
This is a senior role directly reporting to the leadership to drive the delivery organisation for digital projects at Lister
This role will manage a well-structured team of 10 Martech team members who will work across platform engineering, e-commerce and digital marketing activities
He /She will be the direct touch point for our global customers and will collaborate with the sales and account management team on pre-sales and account growth
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise delivery team members
Manage and execute projects for customer businesses across geographies
Have the mandate to plan project pipeline recruitment
Analyze work pipeline, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals
Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
Be a customer champion and deliver a great customer experience every time to create loyalty and advocacy
