The Chase Consumer & Community Bank (CCB) Technology & Digital organizations provide support for the CCB businesses which serve more than 61 million consumers and 4 million small businesses across Consumer, Business, and Mortgage Banking, Card Services, Auto Finance, and Merchant Services. The CCB Technology & Digital Financial Planning & Analysis (P&A) team is responsible for partnering and supporting senior technology management and plays a critical central role in executing financial processes, analysis, reporting, and maintaining strict governance across a large matrixed organization. This highly visible role will focus on providing dynamic financial management reporting and insights across CCB Technology & Digital including creative visualization of financial data leveraging tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, SharePoint and various others. Oversight of overall financials and headcount and articulating those financials to senior management. Strong technical abilities with knowledge of financial systems/related process workflows and the ability to simplify/analyze large data sets in order to tell the story behind the financials will be critical for this role.
The role is part of the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) organization supporting Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Technology. F&BM team drives business management, financial analysis, vendor management, strategy governance and internal communications for CCB Technology organization. Business Management teams manage headcount governance, budgeting and forecasting, spend governances, locations strategy and executive reporting for India based teams across Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
Provide Business Management support for CCB Technology India (LOB) supporting Forecasting, Budgeting, Location Strategy, Spend governance and analytics
Manage risk and control agenda for CCB Technology India (LOB)
Act as signing authority for all headcount and spend requests to enable budget adherence
Manage seat utilization and allocations for all India locations ensuring efficient resource utilization
Work closely with various support teams such as CIO office, Real Estate teams, Recruitment teams to drive key strategies
Continually evolve the analytics and data presentations to enable fast and accurate decision making
Proactive approach to problem solving; strong analytical skills
Ability to handle sensitive HR-related data and maintain confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills , influencing and relationship building skills
Expertise in planning and financial control management

Qualifications/ Competencies Needed:
10+ years of work experience, primarily in Business Management, Seat Allocations, Executive Reporting, Financial Analysis & Program Management
Experience in large, global multi-tiered organizations, preferably in the financial services industry. ITeS/BPO/KPO preferred but not mandatory
MS Excel Expertise – knowledge of functions and pivot tables required
Shift Timings - 2pm - 11pm. May vary due to business requirements
