Strong communicator and should be able to lead discussion with stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field or any other stream
Lean & Six Sigma Certified, Preferably Black Belt Certified
Develop process improvement, innovation strategy and automation requirement for business
Build relationships with key business leaders and other stakeholders to drive improvements within the organization
Drive new solutions and improvements
Optimize work processes in Operations for a better utilization of resources and cost efficiency
Establish best practice & performance benchmark standards for medical coding process.
Drive training and workshops specific to Lean, 7 QC TOOLS and Six sigma
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision. Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching, requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
