Job Description :
Inspection of the vehicles as per the vehicle inspection check list available in the system.
Maintain records pertaining to the vehicle reporting at gate, vehicle taken for loading, vehicle out time on day to day basis.
Day to day handling and proper utilization of Fork lift and maintain the records viz uptime and downtime on daily basis.
Dispatch, loading of all finished goods as per the instructions on FIFO basis.
Verify the invoice issued by the commercial department with the loading memo.
Properly recording of all batch numbers, mfg dates of the goods despatches to various location.
To prepare for the upcoming warehouse management system by :
Rack Numbering labels (Bin no. & QR codes)
Bin and Zone identification boards (customer wise & series wise)
Visual/signboards for easy display (Dispatch Plan, fire extinguisher, Parking, Pallets, SOP's)
Proper usage of pallets.
Maintain FG (Finished Goods) inventory in proper place, customer wise.
To have a Daily/Weekly physical stock perpetual reconciliation process item wise in consultation with FG Manager.
Taking day-to-day stock of finished goods and reconciliation with SAP.
To plan and ensure success of WMS with FG Manager.
To designate right location of FG to dedicated rack. Ensure SAP entry.
To ensure pick item from SAP pick-list and dispatch with FIFO manner.
REQUIREMENT :
B.A/B.Com graduate
Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP and SAP
