Job Title: Operation Analyst - Tsys inventory
The business operations analyst works in a cross-functional team environment with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include plastic fulfilment operations (including reconciliation and inventory management) and oversight of the plastic manufacturing suppliers
Day-to-day management of card production.
Day to day management of TSYS plastic inventory
What will you be doing?
Key job accountabilities include the management and oversight of daily card production, plastic inventory, as well as SME for all card processing.
Adhere to monthly productivity metrics.
Receives significant guidance from policy and procedure.
Exercise judgment in carrying out routine assignments with guidelines.
Strong analytical and decision making skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a cross functional team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
PC skills including proficient use of MS Office Suite.
Relevant bank operations experience.
Be a resource for policy, procedure, and human resources questions/issues.
Ability to handle a variety of functions and to meet daily deadlines
What we’re looking for:
Responsible for plastic operational processes and reject / defect free fulfilment of cards
Responsible for daily reconciliation of plastic inventory including management of inventory reporting and database, plastic exception handling, oversight of card production performance (SLA), and new card orders
Responsible for delivery of MIS reporting related to plastic inventory, plastic initiatives, and partner specific plastic reporting
Drive plastic production efficiencies and report on results of initiatives
Actively participate in Customer Delivery or bank-wide projects that include new plastics or plastic changes
Manage the holistic view of card production (manage demand forecast)
Primary contact for card issues and supplier escalations
Manage all suppliers according the Barclays Sourcing and Supplier Management Policies and Procedures
Build relationships with key business owners in order to continue growing the business
Provide backup support to all Fulfilment team members and able to complete critical daily tasks in the event of an absence

Demonstrated ability to self-manage and multi-task in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Relevant supplier Management and Business Operations experience
Access Database knowledge a must-have for management of existing card inventory
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Results driven with a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality
Strong with prioritization and organizational
