Job Location- Airoli, Navi Mumbai (WFH/WFO)
Shift Timing- 6pm-4am
Immediate Joiner and only from Mumbai (WFH/WFO)
Basic Key Pointers –
Provide resolution to customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues on time.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
Graduate Fresher/ Undergraduate Experienced in Customer service
Should be fine with Contractual Role and working in shifts
Salary- Upto 60000/-
P.F+ E.S.I + Others.
Company will provide you Both side cab facility.
WFO/WFH model is available.
