6+ years of experience as a Bid coordinator role, preferably within the IT solutions industry. Telecommunications domain experience is preferred.
Have a working knowledge in Visio, Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Project Plan and PowerPoint. Will obtain commercials for specified services environment.. Can interact with the senior management, clients, and delivery teams to attract business. Can handle all client visits and coordinate client interaction activities. Have writing / editing skills, and follow the brand compliance. Can handle large bids and manage bids end-to-end. Behavioral Skills: Are / have: independent, dynamic. with result orientation and Willing to travel to remote location on short notice
Be a single contact (SPOC) for presales activities within EMEA region Engaging with sales teams to support the presales cycles for several inquiries, presentations and proposals. Coordinate with the offshore team to develop, review the proposal responses / pre sales collaterals. Handling customer engagement activities such as technical discussions, query / answers, requirement gathering and need assessments. Working closely with Our customers (CEO & Director levels), delivery and bid teams for responding to global proposals including RFI, RFQ & RFP, Statement of Capabilities (SoC) and presentations. Proposing creative methodologies for process improvement, technical enhancements and cost savings for the presales cycles. Supporting sales and delivery teams to negotiate with clients during all the phases of pre-contract signing till contract closure. Extending support to Marketing and Sales teams in preparation of Go-to-Market plans, collaterals and other relevant marketing materials. Creating, proof reading, correcting and dispatching quality bid responses within agreed deadlines. Ensuring relevant offers are made to increase the winning bids & success rate. Improving overall efficiency of technical content and making it available for reuse. Ensuring bids are completed in all respects, audited and approved. Preparing pre and post submission presentations. Managing end-to-end bid qualification process for new opportunities and existing accounts. Managing virtual teams and collecting input from several partners (Sales/ Marketing/Finance legal).
Degree in any discipline or higher education from an internationally recognized institution.
Post Graduate in Business Administration in a reputed institution with a specialization in Marketing & Finance.
APMP certification would be preferable.
