We actively seek a Salesforce Analyst resident in our Hyderabad, India Office.

Salesforce Analyst will be responsible to deliver high quality service to Rimnini Street in SFDC platform. This position will play a key role in design, develop solutions using best practices to implement and improvise business processes, as well as troubleshoot and support daily operations in salesforce.com.
Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates
Design, develop page layouts, field additions, permissions and maintain visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages, APEX, triggers, etc.
Provide administration and development expertise, as well as assist in application support tasks working closely with US team
Design and execute solutions for common challenges such as data mapping, object modeling, and workflow rules within the context of the salesforce platform
Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the SFDC application
Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security practices
Track, manage and resolve daily support requests, issues, and administrative needs of users, business stakeholders
Analyze business processes and requirements to identify the best implementation options in Salesforce
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
Identify SFDC usage problems and develop creative technical solutions using Tools
Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve other key business applications such as SharePoint, Dynamics AX
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
5 - 7 Years of experience with SFDC development, administration, implementation and support
Salesforce.com certified Administrator (Preferred)/Experienced Developer
Working knowledge and experience in both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com database structure
Working knowledge of Integration scenarios and design
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, jscript, Force.com platform
Strong documentation and training skills
Strong communication skills
Strong creative problem solving skills
