Technical Recruiter

We are building a world-class team to help drive our business and scale to the next level.

The Technical Recruiter will work closely with our technical leadership team to develop creative strategies to find leading tech and product talent. The focus will be on candidate sourcing, talent acquisition through digital platforms as well as university recruiting.

Recruiting experience should include hiring Back End Engineers, Front End Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, iOS Developers, DevOps Engineers, SDET, Security Engineers, and Engineering Project Managers.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Manage complete recruitment life-cycle and how to help organizations meet recruitment goals by attracting talent through postings of the job requirements on leading job portals, screening responses, and tracking posting status and results
Gain market intelligence of the talent landscape in targeted geographic locations to identify target companies, user groups, professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates.
Attention to detail is mandatory and must demonstrate meticulous organization skills.
Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
Must have the ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast-changing environments.
Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
Exceptional closing and negotiation skills are required.
Maintain a healthy, safe, and fun work environment and eliminate any stressful or awkward atmosphere that may hinder the performance of the staff


Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment Platforms like Linkedin,,, etc.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
MBA or Bachelors in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
