You will facilitate discussion between commercial business unit stakeholders and various digital/IT functions units to agree on a common outcome to accelerate digitization across Syngenta. You will be working across teams understanding different business objectives and identifying opportunities for digital transformation.
You will work closely with management and business units in the design of digital transformation projects. This includes leveraging technology and data to transform business processes and developing, integrating and optimising new applications. You will be the connection between the digital/IT teams and the commercial business units.
You will work with or lead cross-functional team to realise this vision. You will provide project leadership and execution support to build world class digital enablement capabilities across the organisation. You will enjoy rolling up your sleeves to lead hands-on user story writing, implementation, test case review, testing and iteration of digital initiatives.

Business Partner with country Digital & IT Leads and business in countries and APAC region to define the platforms strategy, adoption and evolution of platforms with focus on customer value. Translate strategy into tangible milestones and deliverables.

Wireframing and prototyping, agile expertise, customer journey and user story design, advocating and designing a user-centred and consumer focused processes, mapping out customer flows and wireframes.

Work with the countries to identify the most effective use cases and take responsibility for their implementation and potential application to other countries in the region
Manages accountability with vendors when the solutions are developed or managed by third party vendors.

Proven skills and experience leading the implementation of IT and business transformation
Hands on experience in leading business digital transformation projects
Business partnering between IT and commercial teams to become the face of business to IT for their emerging IT and digital requirements.
Experience required in handling commercial IT platforms like mobile applications, SAP, Salesforce etc.
5+ years hybrid experience in commercial processes and digital platforms
Demonstrated experience to work across functional boundaries
Working with management of the local, regional, and global business organization.
Successful handling of conflicting pressures from different stakeholders.
Work in an international and multidisciplinary team environment

Critical success factors & key challenges
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, science, engineering, IT) or equivalent knowledge is required.

Ensure effective stakeholder management at country, region and global level.
