1. Responsible for Daily settlement & TAT -
2. Monitor team performance (SOP).
4.Approval of claims at Hub level, within allotted limit.
5.Review and referral of high value/cash loss/NOS claims to higher authorities for approval.
6.Review of aging claims and to control outstanding claim count .
7.Analysis of MISin regular intervals and communicate the status to the team.
8.Communicates with customers, team and channel partners in a professional, positive and proactive manner.
9 Identify the requirements with in team and to give feedback to AMC
