Project: This is a high-end residential development project in New Delhi.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organising and chairing design reviews and facilitating the value engineering of design consultants’ solutions.
Ensuring a cohesive design management process is adhered to throughout all stages of the scheme.
Monitoring compliance with the project brief.
Monitoring progress against the project scope.
Scheduling of design reviews at all gateways and control points.
Organising and managing technical review team resources and input.
Providing technical input for any new design consultants that are required.
About you
You will have a degree qualification in architecture or engineering and be a member of a professional body. You have an experience in coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to build robust, long-term relationships and integrated teams.You have a systematic approach in solving complex technical and aesthetic issues and able to communicate solutions in an effective, high-level manner.
You are digitally savvy - an expert user of various planning software. You can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have good knowledge about the application of design principles in the delivery of construction projects and delivering high end luxury bungalows. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
