Monitoring CPV TAT, Door Lock & Address not found fortnightly and ensuring the agency delivery is in line with the management directive.
Engage with business team for FTR, if the addresses / Phone numbers are incorrect.
Chq bounce and 30+ in 3 mob & 6 mob to be monitored and kept within acceptable range.
Monitoring TTD & portfolio quality of sourcing channel, handover report cards and document review with DSA / Dealers as per policy guidelines.
Monitoring competition & market trends and updating relevant information to senior management.
Audit & Vendor Management Process adherence at every location so as to ensure audit reports are satisfactory.
Cooperate with internal auditors, provide relevant data / information, respond to audit queries for a smooth audit review completion.
