Handling inbound calls related to policies.
Follow up with the internal team for Pre-Auth cases.
Convincing customers related to claims.
Provide Claim & Pre-Auth status to customers and hospitals.
Update daily tracker to escalation team.
Guide the customer about claims procedures.
Providing information related to corporate and individual policies.
Graduation and Below Graduation
Fresher or Experience
According to company standards.
Day Shift for Females
Rotational shift for Males
6 days working and 1 week off(rotational week off)
