We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to spearhead Innovapptive’s connected worker platform for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Operations and Supply Chain. The connected worker platform brings the maintenance front-line workers, back-office and connected assets (IiOT) together on one unified platform to perform jobs better, faster, cheaper and safer. We are aggressively expanding our market penetration into several industry verticals with a special focus on Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemicals, Metals & Mining and Industrial Manufacturing. The Product Marketing Manager will be a domain expert in maintenance and EAM Solutions. He/She will own thought leadership and content generation across various marketing campaigns such as digital content, field marketing, social media and outbound campaigns. He/She will own on-site and off-site marketing programs driving customer acquisition, engagement and community evangelization of this evolving software category - “The Connected Worker”
How You Will Make an Impact:
Content Marketing: Create, launch, measure and optimize content marketing campaigns that drive product discovery and awareness, and acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Domain Expertise: Be the domain subject matter expert in maintenance and enterprise asset management (EAM) to learn customer needs and product use cases in order to best communicate Innovapptive’s value.
Campaigns Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of product marketing initiatives and defining the strategy and measurement.
Data Driven: Aggregate and analyze inputs from multiple sources to formulate the product marketing strategy, measuring and evaluating how your initiatives generate product discovery, detail-page glance views, and sales.
Product Launch & Releases: Act as a liaison between Product Management and Marketing to coordinate and lead marketing efforts such as product launches
Domain Expertise: Be the domain subject matter expert in maintenance, enterprise asset management (EAM), supply chain and operations to learn customer needs and product use cases in order to best communicate Innovapptive’s value.
Product positioning: Help craft differentiated positioning and messaging based on competitive research, customer insights and product offering
Customer/Prospect insights: Represent the voice of customer/prospect by understanding their challenges, aspirations, and needs by partnering with the research team
Go-To-Market strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams and provide key input on the customer target and value proposition to improve acquisition, adoption, and retention
Product Evangelist: Be the specialist on the product, and how Innovapptive can better serve the needs of these customers. Drive the cross-functional discussion on competitive offerings and potential response regarding product packaging, positioning, and pricing
Influence product roadmaps: Leverage industry trends and market opportunities to help influence product roadmap and prioritization working closely with Product Management, Engineering, User Experience teams
Team Player: Support the strategic product marketing vision and work closely with marketing, sales, and product management
What You Bring to The Team:
The ideal candidate is a data-driven and creative performance marketer experienced in SEO, SEM, Webinars, Social advertising, email marketing, and delivering results through continual experimentation and optimization. They are passionate about measuring performance and ROI. They will have a demonstrated ability to be creative, to initiate and launch effective marketing programs, work across diverse functions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, support aggressive timelines, and pivot seamlessly across tactical and strategic requirements.
Bachelor's degree or four+ years equivalent relevant experience in digital performance marketing
Deep domain expertise in maintenance, EAM, and Plant Operations
7+ years of experience in business-to-business digital performance marketing including acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications and product marketing
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
Proven track of record of building and optimizing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business, partner, and technical teams to deliver results
Analytical experience including converting raw data into actionable insights and recommendations
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Master’s degree Business, Marketing or a similar field
Experience developing go-to-market strategies and launching new programs
Worked in a plant operations environment in past roles
