Role: Manager/ Sr. Manager- Audit
Job Purpose: The role holder is responsible guarantee that an organizational ’s risk management, governance and control processes are operating effectively.
Principal Accountabilities: Undertaking internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objective
Review of process to convert existing activities into automation
Analysing the administration expenses & method to reduce cost.
Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value
Challenging current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement
Playing an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the company.
Preparing reports to highlight issues and problems and distributing the reports to the relevant people
Ensure methodical documentation of work plans, testing results, conclusions and recommendations. Ensure follow up on findings and corrective measures.
Proactively inform senior management of significant risks or exposures related to internal controls, compliance, and/or governance requiring prompt attention.
Oversee the execution of individual audits defined in the audit plan ensuring the highest level of service quality.
Issue all Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and provide value to management.
Support and represent organization for external auditors
Ensure payments are correctly made to Vendors & franchise.
Internal: BPO: About current process, risk, prevention measures and methods
Internal: HR: To coordinate and support HR related activities
Internal: Accounts: To settle bills and make payments
Internal: Sales Admin, Legal & Lease
To coordinate for opening and closing of distribution center/ outlet
External: Auditors Handling 4 Big external audit firm. Knowledge, Skills and Experience ï?§ Educational qualifications: CA, CA - Inter/ CWA
Relevant experience: 12-15 years experienced candidate.
Knowledge: Knowledge on SAP
Knowledge on Microsoft office
Knowledge on manufacturing process
Knowledge on pricing Skills:

Additional requirement: Must have worked in listed company.
