Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruiting candidates for our clients from Multiple Industry (IT, Healthcare & Non-IT).
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Head Hunting from Job Market.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Providing candidate as per the requirement from the clients.
Handling the entire pre-joining processes.
Minimum educational criteria is Bachelor Degree / Diploma holders or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in RPO.
Excellent fluency in English communication is must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
