Responsible for planning, organizing and managing billing/coding operations.
Assist in setting strategic direction, lead, and mentoring groups.
Oversee the identification, analysis and resolution of compliance, reimbursement, and audit issues in a timely manner.

Create and implement activities to motivate team to meet/exceed metrics.
Attention to details and accuracy along with strong organization skills.
Progressively responsible managerial experience in medical billing/coding.
Strong understanding of managed care practices, insurance reimbursement and is current on healthcare issues affecting reimbursement.
Must have the ability to think critically, work efficiently and responsibly in a collaborative environment with multiple work demands and short time frames.
Required to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
