Job purpose & Scope
To achieve budgeted sales, collection & contribution targets.
Major Areas of Responsibilities
To achieve monthly/ annual sales, collection and contribution targets.
Identification and generation of prospective clients.
Visit all concerned Govt./ identified departments to build brand connect.
Listing of brand at maximum Govt. Departments for enhancing business.
Liaison with government departments, internal team to close the sales call
Collection of outstanding in time
Periodic generation, maintenance & sharing of funnel reports.
Developing/ Nurturing new & old contractors to fulfill & generate business
Contributing towards developing/ identifying new market/ territory to expand business
Ensure operational effectiveness by coordinating with cross functional teams like Marketing, SCM & Logistics, Sales Coordinator for smooth closure of sales, timely dispatch & timely collection
Regular monitoring of outstanding & overdues for faster collection and coordinate with HO team for the same.
To provide market information on competitor’s activities and suggest schemes.
Essential Qualification: Graduation
Desired Qualification: A Post graduate diploma in sales and marketing is preferred but not essential
Experience 5-8 years’ experience in Govt. business like MES, PWD, CPWD, Railway etc.
Industry Preference: Consumer Durable Industry, Home Appliances, Professional Lighting, Wire, Switch & Sanitary ware.
