Team member should be well versed with Auditing tickets of an airline as per the below process details.
Audit on the passenger tickets sold by travel agents and own stations/airline offices.
Tickets are audited for the Fare / Tax and Commission , Exchange ,Refunds violations.
Audit team identifies losses arising out of errors in ticketing and incorrect application of fares, taxes, commission and fare , Penalty rules.
These discrepancies are fixed by raising debit memos to the defaulting agents thereby saving revenue for the airline.

Required Skill Set
Diploma in Travel and Tourism / IATA UFTAA Certified preferred Passenger ticket Audit knowledge
Knowledge of GDS/ Amadeus / ATPCO preferable. Audit related experience via any Travel
Agency / Airline / GDS / Travel Portal / Back office Process Good Analytical & Numeric skills, Diligent, Independent and Systematic
Approach to work, Customer orientation Ability to cross-train/re-train and learn new processes quickly
Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications
Good communication skills.
Understanding of various business /operational indicators and its influence on the organization
