§ MBA and work experience in Operations and Project Management.
§ 5+ years Project Management experience in retail/FMCG/Supply Chain/Ecommerce. 2+ years Amazon experience is desired

§ Prior experience or use MS Project and Visio
§ Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Sr. Program Manager – Store Expansion, Prime NOW (Physical Stores), India
The role of Prime Now is to provide ultrafast (2 hour and same day scheduled) and reliable delivery for selection that customers need, or want, fast. Customers find their daily grocery essentials, fresh produce, home and Kitchen needs, appliances and more on Prime NOW. The program is highly cross-functional in nature, involves managing strategic partnerships, operations intensive, and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created. In this context, Prime NOW India team is looking for a talented, self- driven and experienced Sr. Program Manager with strong delivery record and proven project management experience to lead stores expansion for physical stores channel on Prime NOW. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the fastest growing strategic initiative in the company. This role requires scoping and creating network expansion strategy for multiple cities, project manage execution plans, developing processes, cross functional team coordination, drive execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and changes. You are a strong leader who is analytical, can prioritize well in ambiguity, and communicate clearly and compellingly till internal and external strategic leadership level

Responsibilities include:
§ Creating store launch strategy and execution charter for multiple cities. Own end to end delivery of launch plan.
§ Innovating to improve processes and success metric for’ first time right’ store launch on customer inputs and cost of operations.
§ Partnering with stakeholders – partners, business development, category, marketing, compliance, operations to source, allocate and coordinate store expansion.
§ Gathering and analyzing data on launch performance results and recommend changes in strategy.
§ Creating, communicating and managing budget for launch support.
