We’re looking for a passionate Office Manager, to join our growing global operations team. Someone who is highly motivated, innovative, and driven by challenges. Oversee the office and WFH operations including office and facilities management, purchase order & invoice management, ordering supplies, managing local/global deliveries, and more.
Managing the banks & petty cash operations.
Support the recruitment process; screening CVs, collating key information, scheduling interviews, following up on formalities, etc.
On-board new employees in person and into our HRIS system.
Providing support for planning and execution of team meetings and events
Partner with the HR team for planning and executing employee well-being activities such as team building, offsites, etc.
Collaborate with global teams on cross-company projects and assignments.
Support business travel, visitors travel arrangements, meetings logistics, etc.

3+ years of experience as an Office Manager/other administrative position
Experience working in a fast-paced global high-tech organization - an advantage.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and handle projects from start to end.
A can-do attitude.
Service-oriented with the ability to communicate easily and effectively with employees, vendors, and customers.
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
